Cheyenne Ling Counselling

Starting therapy to address challenges such as trauma, anxiety, addiction, depression, and self-esteem can feel overwhelming. My personal journey of healing has taught me the importance of a welcoming space where you can openly express your experiences without judgment. Emotions hold valuable messages we need to hear, and I believe every feeling serves a purpose. Together, we’ll explore your inner world, gaining insights and recognizing patterns to enhance your self-awareness.

My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, recognizing the profound impact past experiences can have on emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I draw from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought and behaviour patterns, while emotion-focused therapy provides a space to explore and process emotions in a meaningful way. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), a framework that helps you connect with and heal different parts of yourself, fostering greater self-understanding and inner harmony.

I believe that within you exists the inherent capacity to heal, and I hope to support you in facilitating this healing. If you feel we might be a good fit, I would love to connect and hear your story.
